Sign up:
Upon placing an order with us, this personal information is stored securely on our systems. You can provide us with change of details of name, address, telephone numbers and email address. We will then update our copy of that information.

Invoicing (Customers,) Property Alerts, Subscribing.
We provide property alerts to interested parties using mailing lists. You can ask to be included on any of our mailing lists by contacting us at the address below. We collect some basic information including your name, postal address, email address and telephone number. We use this only to communicate back with you.

Unsubscribing:
You can ask to be removed from any of our mailing lists to which you have subscribed by contacting us at the address below, or in the case of email by unsubscribing using the methods included in the email. We will remove your details from that list such that you will not receive the next property alert. Any property alert that is already in production at the time of your request may be sent to you.

Duration:
We review our mailing list entries after six months and will ask current subscribers to confirm. This communication should also state how long will lapse before the subscriber will be removed from each list and ideally ask the subscriber to re-affirm their preference to be included on the list. Current subscribers have already opted to be included on the mailing lists, and the lists are reviewed such that after six months people are removed from the list.

The usage of your personal information:
The personal information we collect is limited to that needed for processing your order and for providing customer focused services.

Customer communications:
From time to time we may send you information which we deem to be of interest in relation to the services we have provided to you or that we now offer. We will send this to you by post or email. Richard P Taylor Chartered Surveyors will not transfer your personal information for use by any third party. We do use third party data processing applications listed below in the execution of our services and marketing communications.
